Rachel Raber
Lead Bookkeeper
Rachel brings over 12 years of experience in accounting, having experience in audit, tax and bookkeeping. Rachel graduated from USI with a degree in Accounting and Professional Services. After 6 years of running her own bookkeeping business, Rachel merged with Better Books in order to have the capacity to serve clients even better. Outside of bookkeeping, Rachel has been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Nate, for 11 years. She is the proud mother of Rowan, Caroline, and Eden. Rachel loves nothing more than spending her days raising her babies while also getting to do what she loves professionally: bookkeeping!
Beth Graber
Staff Accountant
Beth recently graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with degrees in Accounting and Finance. Over the past four years, she has gained part-time experience in both the banking industry and public accounting, building a strong foundation in client service. Beth understands the importance of financial organization for businesses and is committed to helping businesses of all sizes with their bookkeeping needs. Outside of work, Beth enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends. You can often find her playing cards and games with friends, or enjoying walks on sunny days.
Logan Graber
Founder
Logan Graber brings over 25 years of real-world business experience from every corner of the logistics and agricultural industries, along with a Finance degree from USI. He understands the challenges business owners face because he's spent decades working right alongside them. After years of running multiple companies, one lesson has stood out — success comes from surrounding yourself with the best people you can find. That's exactly what he's done at BetterBooks. Outside of business, Logan is a proud father of Brycen, Kayden, Lanie, and Macie, and is grateful every day for his wife Libby who has been his steady support through every season of life.
Andrea Abel
FL Client Relations Mgr
Andrea offers an established background in both accounting and business management and maintains a unique view on the needs of prospective clients, drawing from her years of expertise in many sectors of the business world. After graduating with her B.S. in accounting from USI, she spent years working in both public and private accounting positions before taking time off to start a family. After exiting the traditional corporate sphere, Andrea turned to entrepreneurship, both starting and selling a successful bookkeeping and payroll business. She then owned and operated a custom cabinetry design business and build company in Sarasota, FL, alongside her husband, Ryan. Since the sale of that company, her latest project is a startup flower farm, which is currently in its second year of business. This endeavor allows her to spend more time with her husband and their four children, which is her favorite venture of all.
Brycen Graber
IN Business Development
Brycen brings a unique blend of leadership and community connection to the team. He graduated from Grace College with a degree in Business Administration. Brycen manages a Warehouse in Washington, IN, giving him hands-on experience understanding small business operational needs. He stays involved in the community as the assistant basketball coach at Barr-Reeve High School, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes. He loves spending time hunting and fishing with his dog, Henry. His mix of business training, competitive drive, and genuine care for people makes him a natural fit for helping local entrepreneurs succeed.
